Comfort Health came to birth in 2022 after witnessing numerous situations where people in London were struggling to locate the right health and medical support in both the public and private sectors.
We have experienced patients struggling to navigate through the healthcare system. With our experience as ex medical professionals and medical advocates we decided to come together to create a platform.
We work directly with the most advanced experienced health care professionals, doctors and consultants who are contracted to Comfort Health. As a result, we can significantly lower the prices whereby going direct you pay their official practice price. This not only tends to be rather costly and can also lead to higher insurance premiums. Part of our concierge services is to ensure you pay value for money and benefit from some of the most prominent medical experts in the field whilst receiving excellent customer service.
The reality is people like, peace of mind, you may be running a busy life full of business commitments, or a typical busy household looking after your kids etc, and you tend to forget some of the necessities important to your wellbeing. With Comfort Health you have a dedicated manger to oversee your health. It’s important to never compromise on your health. Alongside this you have better access to the leading experts. Comfort Health members receive better care and access, this is fact. Comfort Health Emergency Response Team also either work hand in hand with the Emergency Services or aim to get there first for you if you require urgent assistance. The NHS needs our help for Emergencies, and we already have countless examples of us arriving in some cases beforehand enabling a quicker result for you.
At Comfort Health we are proud to be offering you an emergency medical response service included within the membership. This means after you dial 999 you can call our emergency hotline number where one of our trained medical EMTs will respond within a short timeframe and provide you urgent medical treatment or care, and if required transport the patient to hospital. This too will help the NHS Emergency Services who too are stretched. London patients are taken in the comfort of the most advanced state of art ambulances that we have. The service will be launched in February and is unique for Comfort Members in Greater London only, subject to price or membership package.
We do not discriminate against clients with existing medical
conditions. While insurers may be reluctant to offer you coverage, here at Comfort Health you are guaranteed coverage regardless of your existing condition. We will always accept our clients and offer our concierge medical services. In fact, we are the only viable solution for those who have pre-existing conditions. Yes, we are a concierge service, but we also importantly are the conduit you have been looking for.
Our approach is here to bring a new lease of life to the private health care system Comfort Health is now an alternative offering for you. We are the other option you have been looking for. We streamline the process too whether you wish to be seen sooner, receive better expert access or even want to be transferred to a more appropriate hospital we can help you.
